A light bar across the top instead of a flame. Cooler, quieter, still warm.

The slim chassis is the point — it fits the gap between a sofa and a wall, or the strip of floor beside a door, without blocking either. Air still comes out along the full height of the front panel.

Slim doesn't mean weak: it runs the same 1,500-watt ceramic element as the full-size towers, with a fan tuned for a narrower outlet so the throw stays long.

Care

Wipe the housing with a dry or slightly damp cloth while unplugged. Vacuum the intake grille every few weeks during the season — dust on the intake is the most common reason a heater feels weaker in February than it did in November. Never run it under a towel or blanket, and keep at least a foot of clearance on all sides.

Plugging it in safely

Built with a tip-over cut-off and a thermal cut-off that kill power before the housing gets hot enough to matter. Plug it straight into a wall outlet — a space heater is the one appliance that should never share a power strip or an extension cord. Keep a foot of clearance on all sides.
