Every heater listed is already on a shelf in the US. That is the whole reason delivery takes days instead of weeks — and the reason there is no customs paperwork on your end.
- Where it ships from
- US stock. Every heater listed is already on the shelf here, so this is a domestic parcel, not a cross-border order you wait three weeks for.
- How long
- Two to five business days to most US addresses. Remote areas, Alaska and Hawaii take longer.
- What it costs
- Free over $149. Below that, a flat rate shown at checkout — heaters are bulky, so the rate is set by size rather than weight alone.
- Customs and duties
- Nothing extra to pay. Domestic stock means no import duty and no customs hold behind the order.
- What the box looks like
- A plain carton with a shipping label. Foam corners on the glass-front models.
- Tracking
- Sent the moment the label is printed. Every order is tracked, and the carrier updates along the way.
- Returns
- Thirty days on an unused unit in its original carton. Damaged or wrong-item shipments are replaced at our cost — send a photo and we ship the replacement first.
