Cabinet heaters put the grille low and wide, which is the right shape for a cold floor. Warm air is pushed out along the ground, spreads under furniture, and rises where people actually sit.
The body is a rigid steel-and-plastic box, so it survives being kicked, and the controls are a flush digital panel on the front. No assembly, no wall bracket, no app.

Care
Wipe the housing with a dry or slightly damp cloth while unplugged. Vacuum the intake grille every few weeks during the season — dust on the intake is the most common reason a heater feels weaker in February than it did in November. Never run it under a towel or blanket, and keep at least a foot of clearance on all sides.
Plugging it in safely
Built with a tip-over cut-off and a thermal cut-off that kill power before the housing gets hot enough to matter. Plug it straight into a wall outlet — a space heater is the one appliance that should never share a power strip or an extension cord. Keep a foot of clearance on all sides.
