Privacy
Short version: we collect what a parcel needs and nothing else.
- What we collect
- To send you a heater we need an email address and a delivery address, and that is the whole list. You type the address in at checkout so that is the one that goes on the label; PayPal also hands back the address on file with your account, which we keep only as a cross-check.
- What we never see
- Card numbers. Checkout runs inside PayPal, so your card details go to PayPal and stay there. We receive a confirmation that payment happened, the amount, and the shipping address — nothing else.
- Your address is used for the order confirmation and the tracking number. Nothing is added to a marketing list unless you ask for it, and every message has a one-click unsubscribe. We do not sell or rent the list to anyone.
- Cookies and analytics
- The site remembers what is in your bag using your browser's local storage, which never leaves your device. We do not run advertising pixels, and we do not share browsing behaviour with ad networks. Aggregate traffic counts — how many people visited a page — are all we look at.
- Who else processes it
- PayPal takes the payment. Resend delivers our transactional email. The carrier receives the delivery address because that is the only way a parcel arrives. Each of them gets only what that step requires, and none of them is permitted to use it for anything else.
- How long we keep it
- Order records are kept for as long as we need them for tax and for handling a return or a dispute — a couple of years in practice. After that they are deleted. Email list entries disappear the moment you unsubscribe.
- Your rights
- You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@nuwarm.com and we will action it — usually the same day, and in any case within thirty days, which is the statutory outside limit.
