Terms
Plain language, because terms nobody reads protect nobody.
- The order
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract starts when payment is captured and we send the confirmation email. If a heater sells out between your order and our stock check, we cancel and refund in full rather than substitute a different model.
- Price and payment
- Prices are in US dollars and include nothing hidden — the total you see at checkout is the total that is charged. Payment is taken by PayPal; we never see or store card details. If a pricing error is obvious and unmistakable, we will contact you before shipping instead of silently charging the wrong amount.
- Delivery
- Every heater listed is on a shelf in the US, and orders leave within one business day. Most US addresses see delivery in two to five business days. Remote areas, Alaska and Hawaii take longer. Risk passes to you on delivery; if the carton arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before opening and write to us.
- Safe use — your responsibility
- A space heater is a high-draw appliance. Plug it directly into a wall outlet, never into a power strip or an extension cord, keep a foot of clearance on every side, and never leave it running unattended while you sleep unless the model is explicitly rated for overnight use. Do not use it to dry clothing or to thaw pipes. These conditions are not fine print — they are how the appliance is meant to be used.
- Certification claims
- We list wattage, coverage and safety features as supplied by the manufacturer, and we correct the page if a rating label disagrees. Where a model carries a specific third-party certification we say so and name it; we do not imply a certification we cannot evidence.
- Returns
- Thirty days on an unused unit in its original carton. Damaged or wrong-item shipments are replaced at our cost. Full detail lives on the refund policy page.
- Liability
- We are responsible for the heater being as described and for getting it to you. We are not responsible for damage caused by using it against the instructions on the page or in the box — which includes running it off an extension cord or blocking the intake. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.
